By now you will know of the sad loss of our friend, husband, boss & Industrial Maintenance Solutions founder Carl Bennett. We have been finding our way through this loss with the love & support of our families, friends & colleagues. We thank you for your understanding & support during this time.

As well as Carl’s tremendous energy & optimism for this great region, Carl was passionate about building a team at IMS with commitment, culture & financial strength to with stand unexpected changes. We will continue that great work that Carl & the IMS team have put in over these last 13 years to help industries in this region & beyond.

Over the past years General Manager Ben Webster - has grown into a strong leader of IMS, covering every aspect the company offers. Ben has done a great job keeping IMS focused on the needs of the customer. Supporting Ben - Paaka Houkamau - IMS Electrical Services Manager. Paaka has a wealth of electrical knowledge & experience; he is hands on with the running of the electrical department. Paaka is very customer & staff oriented. Renzo Sanguinetti - has taken the step up to IMS Mechanical Services Manager, with the full support of Ben, he has been trained & worked alongside Carl for many years. Renzo's commitment is to ensure a seamless continuation of the services IMS has always offered. Also Jo Bennett Accounts Manager - who has been a strong part of this team, is our inspiration to keep providing the best services to our customers.

After a busy Summer the winter is almost here. All the Repairs & Maintenance for our big companies have been done with high quality work, but we continue to give the best service to our customers. For us it is important to keep a good service in the local companies because the production of the products depends on that, Also we are expanding our work out of town with important projects.
